Draft for review. This text has not been checked by a lawyer yet and may change before the store opens.

This page says what Wyldor collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

In the game

  • Your account: your username, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), your game data and your chat.
  • Logins: the IP address and a device identifier for each login. We use them to stop cheating, alt farming and stolen accounts.
  • Input telemetry: for accounts flagged by anti-cheat, the client reports mouse, click and camera input so staff can review it.
  • A ledger of every item movement, so duplicated items can be traced and rolled back.

On this website

  • Votes: the in-game name you vote for and the IP address the toplist reports, to count one vote per person.
  • Orders: your in-game name, what you bought, the amount, your IP address and country, and when you accepted the terms. Your card or wallet details go to the payment provider, never to us.
  • Your browser keeps your in-game name and basket (local storage) so you don't have to type them again. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else sees it

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and filters attacks.
  • PayPal and NOWPayments process payments under their own privacy policies.
  • Toplists see your vote, under their own policies.
  • We don't sell or share personal data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

TODO(owner): retention periods (for example: login IPs for 12 months, orders for as long as tax law requires).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at support@wyldor.org. Deleting an account deletes its progress; order records we must keep for tax are kept.
